Quality management system, professional ethics, values and attitudes to the members of the engagement team are very important for our Firm. This is why we encourage open and robust communication within the engagement team, and support the ability of professional staff to raise concerns without fear of reprisal. 

If matters come to the professional staff attention through the firm’s system of quality 
management, or from other sources, that indicate that relevant ethical requirements applicable to the nature and circumstances of the audit engagement have not been fulfilled, you shall communicate your concerns through: Ethics and Quality Hotline speakup@bdo.az

This mailbox is monitored by the Firm’s Head of Audit & Assurance Quality Management and Legal Counsel, and all complaints and allegation are investigated thoroughly.
