Accountancy firm BDO tells staff to work where they want after pandemic
Financial Times reports on a very bold and democratic move from BDO UK - people are given the liberty to decide whether to work in office or from home. At the same time no office space is reduced as the firm plans to hire more staff.
A staff survey at BDO found that 79 per cent wanted to be able to work from home or have a hybrid working model after the pandemic.
